Online Course Newsletter – October 2025

Oct. 20, 2025

Introduction

It’s that time of year again for Standard Plan, Custom Plan, and Bank Compliance Bundle subscribers – Subscription Renewals! Renewal invoices were mailed Oct. 20 so hopefully you’ve already paid the invoice online or sent it to your accounts payable department to pay. A letter was included with the invoice highlighting the great things added to the course catalog this year and new additions for 2026. ICBA Education appreciates your support and commitment to professional development.

Unpaid renewal invoices will be emailed on Nov. 7 and again on Dec. 5. Emailed invoices will be sent to the bank’s accounts payable department if we have one on file or to the LMS Admin that subscribed to the plan. To maintain seamless access to your online courses, payment must be received to ICBA by December 31, 2025. If you have not received an invoice or have questions about the invoice, please reach out to Lori Braegelmann at lori.braegelmann@icba.org or 320-352-7380.

Did You Know?

Did you know there is a Best Practices Guide for LMS Users in the Administration Tab? This document should be distributed to all employees of the bank that are taking courses within the ICBA Online Course Learning Management System. This guide will help learners ensure they have their computer settings correct for the courses to launch and function properly as well as close out and mark courses completed after passing the course test. There are also instructions for navigating certain courses. For Custom Plan subscribers, it shows employees how they can enter other training they have done outside of the online courses within the LMS.

You may have already shared this guide with employees, but it has been updated. We recommend resending it periodically as a reminder to help staff use the LMS correctly.
