ICBA’s internship program provides hands-on work experience for college students. Interns will be assigned a mentor to be their guide throughout the duration of the program and will be given real life work assignments.
The program is approximately 9 weeks long and starts in early June, ending in early August. Interns participate in team and department meetings, meet with Senior leaders on a weekly basis, and get the opportunity to collaborate with other interns from different departments by participating in community volunteer opportunities as well as company social activities.
At the end of the internship – interns will work together to provide a final presentation of the projects they completed as well as their overall experience to ICBA staff.
