FAQs



Yes. For a banker to receive credit for attending and CPE credit they must register individually.

Visit www.icba.org, click Member Login, then Create an Account using your email address. Once you create an account you will be able to register for a webinar.

You may also ask the ICBA Roster Management Admin at your bank to create an account for you.

Note: For Unlimited Webinar Subscribers there is a processing time of 15 minutes before your new account is linked to the pass.

The subscription invoice must be paid for the pass to be active. Once active, you may register for the webinar by clicking “Register” and selecting your registration option. Go through the Shopping Cart Process and you should see a charge of $0.00. No discount code is needed.

ICBA Education uses Zoom Webinars for webinars.

Webinars are 60-90 minutes. Refer to the description of the specific webinar for details.

The day before and morning of you will receive an email from ICBA-Education (education@icba.org) with Zoom details and instructions to access the materials.

No. If a banker is not registered for the webinar, you will be removed from the session.

Yes, bankers attending the live webinar can interact with the instructor via chat or Q&A.

For on-demand webinars, you may reach out to the instructor if contact information is in the presentation or send questions to education@icba.org.

No breaks during a webinar.

A computer with speakers and access to Zoom via a web browser or the Zoom application. No camera. You may also dial-in for audio. Note: Logging in with audio only will disqualify you from CPE credit.

Most live ICBA Education webinars do offer CPE. However, in some cases CPE may not apply. Please refer to the "Who Should Attend" section on the webinar registration page for CPE credit hour details.

To receive CPE credit:

  1. Enter your full name when joining the webinar. This name must match your registration.

  1. Attend the live webinar session for the duration of the session.

  1. Answer all poll questions displayed during the session. If you are unable to answer the poll questions within the poll feature submit your answer in the chat.

Within three business days after the conclusion of the webinar your CPE Certificate of Completion will be available to download from your ICBA.org account. All CPE requirements must be completed.

  1. Log into your ICBA.org account at www.icba.org > click Member Login (upper right corner). Enter your credentials.

  1. Click My Account (upper right corner) > in the My Account Links box click My Events.

  1. The Certificate of Completion button will display to the right of the event. NOTE: The certificate will only display if you received credit for attending.

  1. Click "Certificate of Completion" and you can save or print.

Webinars are recorded and available on-demand within 48-72 hours from the live webinar.

If you would like to receive access to the recording after the live webinar, register for the live + on-demand bundle. The single live registration does not come with the recording.

  1. Log into the ICBA website by clicking Member Login in the upper right corner at www.icba.org.

  1. Click on My Account next to your name in the upper right corner of the website.

  1. You will now be in the My Profile screen. Click on the My Digital Products under My Account Links on the right side of your screen.

  1. Click on the download icon in the “Video” column to launch the video. You may download the video from Vimeo and save the MP4 file to your computer for future use or continue to access through your ICBA Account.

  1. Click on the download icon in the “Materials” column to download a PDF. You may save the PDF to your computer for future use or continue to access through your ICBA Account.

Note: Invoice must be paid for the recording to display.
