New Market Bank
Anita Drentlaw is CEO, President, and CFO of New Market Bank, a $185 million community bank serving the south metro of Minneapolis/St. Paul. A fourth-generation banker, she has held nearly every role at the bank since 2002. Anita holds a BA in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas, is a CPA, and a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Boulder.
She has held leadership roles with BankIn MN and the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), where she currently chairs the Education Committee. Anita also serves on advisory boards for the MN Department of Commerce, FDIC, and TCM Bank.
Active in her community, she supports youth mentorship, education, and local nonprofits through organizations like the Prior Lake-Savage Optimist Club, MNCAPS, and Chase’s Warrior Foundation.
