The LEAD FWD Summit will be in Bloomington, Minnesota at Radisson Blu Mall of America 2100 Killebrew Drive, Bloomington, MN 55425.
Programming begins at 8:00 a.m. on Sept. 8 and ends at 5:00 p.m. (local time) on Sept. 9. We recommend arriving Sept. 7 and departing Sept. 10 to allow full event participation.
Options include a complimentary hotel shuttle from the airport, convenient rideshare (Uber, Lyft) and light rail options, as well as onsite parking for those driving to the event.

Dress is business casual or smart casual for all event activities. Meeting room temperatures can fluctuate so consider bringing a sweater or jacket
No, ICBA does not authorize third party organizations to access or sell the registration lists or contact information for our events. Do not respond to any solicitation from organizations trying to sell lists associated with any ICBA event.
Sessions are not recorded. Speakers may share presentation materials with attendees.
Your registration includes breakfast and lunch on both days.
ICBA must receive all cancellations in writing to events@icba.org.
Cancel on or before Aug. 22nd, 2025, to receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee.
Cancel on or between Aug. 23rd-Sept. 1st, 2025, to receive a 50% refund.
No refunds on or after Sept. 1st, 2025.
Instead of canceling, you can transfer your registration to another person at the same bank or company.
If ICBA cancels the event, you receive a full refund.
ICBA is not responsible for refunding or reimbursing any travel and hotel expenses.
ICBA reserves the right to process refunds after the event concludes. You must email events@icba.org with exceptions to this refund and cancellation policy by Sept. 30, 2025.
