ICBA LIVE FAQs

We look forward to seeing you at ICBA LIVE 2025. Plan your visit with our most frequently asked questions.

Registered ICBA LIVE guests can attend all ICBA LIVE events-except for events that require an additional purchased ticket or those designated by invitation only. Registered guests can attend all education sessions, general sessions, expo activities, and evening celebrations (ticket required for the ICBA PAC Auction). Bankers & Guests

  • Coffee is available each morning near the Learning Labs and General Sessions. Beverages are available inside the expo during specific times.

  • Tuesday Welcome Reception in the Expo- beverages and light snacks

  • Wednesday Taste of Nashville Sampler

  • Thursday Night Celebration-dinner 

  • Various receptions and other by invitation events.

Exhibitors

  • Coffee is available each morning near the Learning Labs and General Sessions. Beverages are available inside the expo during specific times.

  • Tuesday in the expo—Taste of Nashville Sampler 

  • Wednesday in the Expo-Lunch 

CPE credits are continuing education credits. When you attend eligible workshops, ICBA staff will scan your badge and a certificate will be sent to you after ICBA LIVE for the number of CPE credits you’ve earned during ICBA LIVE. 

You do not have to register for sessions, they are on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms are generally set to fire marshal approval so if you find a learning lab full, please select another one to attend. To access session documents and to evaluate a session, you must click “Add Session” within the mobile app prior to the session start. 

  • Tuesday Evening’s Networking Welcome Reception:
    • Western attire, cowboy hats, and boots.
  • General Sessions and Learning Labs:
    • Business Casual or Tech Casual (Jeans and a jacket)
  • State Receptions:
    • Business or Resort Casual
  • ICBA PAC Auction:
    • Feel the Beat: Let’s Rock, Raise, & Roll! (80’s theme night, think neon, leg warmers, wrist bands and big hair)
  • A Night to Celebrate:
    • Reception and Dinner at the Gaylord:
      • Resort Casual or Western inspired
    • Grand Ole Opry Show:
      • Resort Casual or Western inspired

We understand that everyone has different events to attend, so please dress for your day.

They are receptions hosted by various state partner receptions. Attendance is by invitation only.

You need separately purchased registration/tickets to attend the Bank Director Current Issues Seminar or ICBA PAC Auction.  Exhibitors must purchase a ticket to A Night to Celebrate. 

Auction participation is limited by Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations to dues-paying ICBA members, associates and their immediate family members in the same household. See full ICBA PAC eligibility requirements.

Tickets are only available for purchase on site. The prices are:

  • Reception & Dinner ticket $200
  • Reception & Dinner w/ Grand Ole' Opry (only if tickets are available) $275
